We back every Fitform piece with a 30-day comfort guarantee. If it doesn't feel right, send it back for a full refund or exchange. This page explains exactly how that works, plus how to cancel an order before it ships.
1. Cancelling an unshipped order
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, email hello@fitform.in with your order number and we'll cancel and refund it in full. Most orders ship within 24 hours, so cancellations are easiest in the first few hours after placing the order.
2. Returns — the 30-day window
You can return any item within 30 days of delivery, for any reason. The piece must be:
- Unworn (a try-on is fine, of course).
- With original tags attached and in the original packaging where possible.
- Free of perfume, deodorant marks, or pet hair.
Hygiene-sensitive items in soiled or visibly worn condition can't be accepted — please don't put us in the position of rejecting a return.
3. How to start a return
- Email hello@fitform.in from the address on your order, with your order number and reason in one line.
- We'll reply within [ADMIN: 24 / 48 hours] with a return shipping label or pickup arrangement.
- Pack the item, attach the label, hand it to the courier.
Return shipping is on us. No restocking fee, no return charge.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive the return and verify condition, we initiate a refund within 2 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only — UPI, card, or netbanking.
- Bank-side processing typically takes 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
- Razorpay sends a confirmation email when the refund is processed from our end.
5. Exchanges
If you need a different size, send the original back the same way — we'll refund it and you can place a fresh order for the right size. We've found that's faster and more transparent than swap shipping. Email us if you need help choosing a size.
6. Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or it's not what you ordered, email hello@fitform.in within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a free pickup and either send a replacement or refund — your choice.
7. Items not eligible for return
- Anything visibly worn, washed, or soiled.
- Items returned without original tags.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery (we may make exceptions for clear quality defects — ask us).
8. Cash-on-delivery
We don't currently offer COD — all orders are pre-paid via Razorpay.
